| “I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy my windows which were installed on July 24. I chose the double hung windows which tilt in and they are great to take care of. I knew the bay window was going to be nicer than what I had before but it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I was also amazed at how quickly the workmen took out my od windows and put in the new ones. I had a total of nine windows plus the bay window and I think it took them about five and a half hours from start to finish and they cleaned up along the way. I thought the job would be very dusty but I had very little dust. The workmen were very courteous. They worked well as a team and you should be proud to have them as your employees. They also showed me how to open the windows properly for cleaning and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I am looking forward to saving some money this winter on my heating bill with these new windows. From the time I called Castle until the completion of the installation I have nothing but good things to say about the people who work for you. Sam was the person who came to sell me the windows and he was wonderful – made an appointment in a timely manner, came when he said he would and was very patient taking all the time we needed to make sure that I understood what I was buying without making me feel like he was a “car salesman”. The windows were measured in a few weeks and then Mike, the installer, called to make the appointment for installation. I cannot say enough about Mike and Aaron who installed the windows. “I am quick to write a letter of complaint about any product or service. I am also as quick to write a letter when I am pleased with a service or product. This, pleasantly, is the latter. Your installation crew replaced 15 windows at my home yesterday. I had expected two days of noise and discomfort to accompany this installation. The installation certainly didn’t go as I had expected.. At approximately 7:45 AM, the first of three trucks arrived at my home. By 8:00 AM, your crew of four was scurrying around my home like ants on a mission. A few minutes after eight, the first old window had been removed. By 12:15 PM, my home had 15 new Castle vinyl windows. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of all aspects of the operation. All members of the crew were polite and worked quickly. When the work was complete they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my home. They left nothng to indicate they had been there. By 1 PM, no one would have been able to tell that I had my new windows installed yesterday. The only tell-tale indicator was the Castle sign, on my front lawn. I am very pleased with all aspects of the installation. The new windows look outstanding and the fit and finish is great. I had white windows installed with almond trim. This look really catches your eye. An added bonus, that I had not thought about, was the quietness these new windows provide. Both my son and I noticed that, especially since we slept more soundly last night. I want to thank your crew, for a job well done.
